Note: Sessions take place in my home studio in New Westminster. Depending on where you are located, sessions in your home or building gym may be possible.
GST applies to all prices listed above. I accept e-transfer, cash or cheque as methods of payment. For The Determined and The Go-Getter packages, payment can take place as a lump sum, or every 6 sessions. The Teaser package is processed as a lump sum.
*The Tone Every Zone Virtual Studio is a collection of professionally edited routines meant to complement our in-person training sessions. These routines focus on key aspects of fitness such as core engagement, glute activation, balance, and flexibility. It will be an important part of your training, which is why it’s included with every package.
**Should nutrition be something you want us to tackle together, we will use MyFitnessPal as a tool to help you keep a food diary and become more aware of your eating habits.

Through my membership, I have access to an exercise physiologist, a nutritionist, and a life coach to answer any burning questions myself, or my clients might have.
