* Prior to signing up for The Ultimate Plan (aka however many personal training sessions you want), a thorough assessment will be conducted to ensure that you either have an appropriate fitness baseline, or that our strategy for seeing each other so frequently is aligned with your current fitness level, incorporating variety and enough recovery sessions to avoid injury and over-training. This plan is also subject to my availability.
**I am proud to be a member of the Personal Training Collective, an organization that offers mentorship and resources to personal trainers who are committed to continuous learning and growing. Through my membership, I have access to an exercise physiologist, a nutritionist, and a life coach to answer any burning questions myself, or my clients might have. I consult with my mentors often, to ensure my clients get the best possible support, in all areas of health & wellness. This is all included in your package, and is part of my commitment to ensure that as my client you are well taken care of.
Note: I accept e-transfer, cash or cheque as methods of payment. For The Determined and The Go-Getter packages, payment can take place as a lump sum, or every 6 sessions. The Ultimate package is processed as a lump sum monthly fee.
As my beloved client, you will also receive a birthday and Christmas gift, and other surprises (like home-baked healthy goodies)!
Nutritional consulting add-on:
While foundational healthy eating and nutrition strategies are included in your training packages (and form a fantastic base to get started), some clients want something more involved, such as going on a specific diet plan, or wanting a personalized meal plan. Nutrition can be a delicate matter, and in some instances going on certain diets can cause more damage than good. It’s important to work with a nutritionist who is highly skilled at their craft to ensure that, should you want to pursue that option, you are working with someone who is qualified.
This is why I’ve partnered with Michal Ofer, a digestive health and functional nutritionist, to offer Nutritional Consulting as an add-on to my personal training packages. Michal is one of my mentors: you can learn more about her in the My Mentors section, or by visiting her website.
By choosing the Nutritional Consulting Add-on, you will be working directly with her to build your customized meal plan based on your specific dietary requirements. If this is something you would like as part of your package, simply indicate your interest when filling out my Needs Assessment.
