GST applies to all prices listed above. I accept e-transfer, cash or cheque as methods of payment. For The Determined and The Go-Getter packages, payment can take place as a lump sum, or every 6 sessions. The Teaser package is processed as a lump sum.
*The Tone Every Zone Virtual Studio is a collection of professionally edited routines meant to complement our in-person training sessions. These routines focus on key aspects of fitness such as core engagement, glute activation, balance, and flexibility. It will be an important part of your training, which is why it’s included with every package.
** Should nutrition be something you want us to work on together, I will give you various handouts, and ask you keep a food diary to become more aware of your eating habits. Then, we will work on changing your eating habits from there. I do not provide meal planning, or macro calculations, as these are short term fixes that don’t always result in long lasting change.
