Bring your significant other, and let’s work out! Couples personal training is about growing stronger and fitter together. Couples who seek me out are generally 45+, and are starting to recognize it’s time to put their health at the forefront. They want to do it together, while having fun and even a bit of friendly competition!
Couples personal training is for you if:
- You want to build strength, endurance, and mobility (or perhaps have started to notice a decline in these abilities and want to curb the trend)
- You’ve started thinking about retirement (or are close to it) and want it to be an active one.
- You want to continue to enjoy your hobbies, travel and activities, and don’t want your body to hold you back
- You’re worried that past injuries or health conditions may hold you back, or that exercising may make them worse
- You’re looking for expert advice to learn proper form and technique, what exercises are best for you, and to make sure working out won’t injure you
If all of the above speaks to you, couples personal training is a fantastic way to keep yourself on track, accountable, and have some great company on your fitness journey!
Each of you will have your own training log, with your personalized fitness program, which we update together, as well as access to me for any questions.
Our training approach will be focused on ensuring you do all exercises with the right muscle groups, impeccable form, and that you connect to your body at every stage of our time together.
Sessions take place at my home studio in New Westminster.
GST applies to all prices listed above. I accept e-transfer, cash or cheque as methods of payment. For The Determined and The Go-Getter packages, payment can take place as a lump sum, or every 6 sessions. The Teaser package is processed as a lump sum.
*The Tone Every Zone Virtual Studio is a collection of professionally edited routines meant to complement our in-person training sessions. The routines focus on key aspects of fitness such as core engagement, glute activation, balance, and flexibility. It will be an important part of your training, which is why it’s included with every package.
**Should nutrition be something you want us to work on together, I will give you various handouts, and ask you keep a food diary to become more aware of your eating habits. Then, we will work on changing your eating habits from there. I do not provide meal planning, or macro calculations, as these are short term fixes that don’t always result in long lasting change.
